So from the looks of it now, RNGing pokemon in Gen VI isn’t looking very likely (and I’m hoping to god it’s not).
If that’s the case, I may actually consider going back into the breeding and team-building business if I buy X or Y.
Am I ready for this if it happens? Hell yes.

In regards to “Genwunners,” if you seriously do like the first gen the best, then hey that’s fine. Personally I can’t exactly pick a favorite gen myself. But the ones who sit there and shit on every other gen after 1 (and 2 in some cases) are a whole different breed.
That’s just like those people in the Final Fantasy fandom who think VII is the greatest fucking masterpiece made by the hand of God himself and consistently complain about not getting a remake and badmouthing every game after that without even bothering to play it.
